Headspace in cartridge is normal. There is supposed to be air at the top of the tank. Over time the oil gradually soaks into the coil area creating space at the top of the tank. This can be as much as 40% of the total amount, which can make tanks appear partly unfilled. Please note 3Chi has started putting short expiration dates on their products. Just because the date has passed does not alter the potency of the products.
In regards to the 3Chi vape products the date stamped on the back is a formality due to certain states.
